Publication ethic
The publisher is responsible for its scientific publications as a reliable source of high-quality scientific information on a specific topic and in its publishing activities adheres to the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (hereinafter referred to as COPE), transparent principles and successful practices of scientific publishing of the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association, and is also guided by the Code of Honor of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", the Regulations on the System for Preventing Academic Plagiarism at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", the Open Science Policy at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, the Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence for Academic Activities at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The Publisher encourages editors, authors, and reviewers to avoid conflicts of interest, act impartially, objectively, and adhere to high ethical standards, in accordance with the COPE recommended practices (https://publicationethics.org/core-practices) that apply to all participants in the process of publishing scientific publications. The Publishing Ethics also regulates the policy of open discussion of problematic cases that arise during the publishing process, with the involvement of legal advice, if necessary. The Publisher's Publishing Ethics consists of the Publisher's ethical obligations, the authors' ethical obligations, the editors' ethical obligations, and the reviewers' ethical obligations.
